Contemporary Renaissance
In one of the oldest buildings in the historic centre of Florence, contemporary design meets history within the Il Tornabuoni Hotel in Florence. A historical name of the five-star Florentine and international hôtellerie, located at the intersection of Via de ‘Tornabuoni, Piazza Santa Trinità and Via del Parione. The recent internal arrangement is the work of Andrea Auletta Interiors studio. n elegant interior design dealing with the entire design of the hotel in all its elements, from the conception of each single piece of furniture, to the exclusive design of the wallpapers, carpets and objects. Without forgetting the absolute protagonist: colour. Capable of describing a contemporary concept that follows and makes the historical soul of the hotel current.
In this project, Horo has surpassed itself by providing all the textile and wooden furnishings of the 63 bedrooms, characterised by different shades. Orange, peacock, grey and mustard express a concept of modern luxury that recalls the suggestions of the original interiors such as stuccos, frescoes and coffered ceilings. Careful collaboration between the client, Arch. Auletta and Horo in order to achieve a result of the highest stylistic and qualitative level, worthy of the best national and international five-star hotels.
